TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION/IMMIGRATION SERVICES

  1. All payments to IEEIS must be made in U.S. dollars by personal check, cashier’s check, money order, or credit card. In case of personal check, the evaluation process will not begin until the check clears. This may delay the processing.
  2. IEEIS will not release any evaluation report or other information to individuals until proper payment has been received.
  3. No refund will be issued by IEEIS if the evaluation cannot be completed due to insufficient or incomplete documentation submitted by the client. In case where all the necessary documents are not provided, IEEIS will contact the client before canceling the evaluation request.
  4. No refund will be issued for canceled cases. IEEIS reserves the right to cancel a case if required documents are not provided by the client.
  5. IEEIS will not prepare an evaluation report if the documents are deemed to be forged, irregular, altered, or falsified in any way. No refund will be issued in such cases.
  6. The evaluation reports prepared by IEEIS are strictly advisory in nature and not binding to any agency, institution, company, or corporation.
  7. IEEIS cannot guarantee that the client or individual will agree with the evaluation report.
  8. IEEIS will correct minor errors in the evaluation report free of charge.
  9. IEEIS reserves the right to contact any individual, company, or institution mentioned in the documents provided by the client for obtaining information and also for verification purposes.
  10. IEEIS reserves the right to request original documents from the client or from the issuing institution to be sent directly to IEEIS.
  11. IEEIS accepts no liability for damages resulting from the issuance of evaluation reports.
  12. We do not accept any liability for the loss or damage of client’s documents.
  13. Additional fee will be charged for overnight delivery (see the application form).
  14. All the evaluation reports are prepared based on the most recent and up-to-date educational information available. In case additional evaluation reports are requested by the client in future, IEEIS will revaluate the request based on the current changes. This will be considered a new evaluation and standard fee for the type of evaluation will be charged.
  15. Any dispute between the IEEIS and the applicant shall be governed by Utah law.
  16. Evaluation fees are subject to change without prior notice.
